Bowl for Kids Sake raises over $65,000!

DavidMurphy-AmandaBrissonCity Councillor David Murphy and Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cornwall and District Amanda Brisson welcomed bowlers at Olympia. Over $65,000 was raised at the Tim Horton's Big Brothers/Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake. The Honourary Chair of the event was Cornwall-born soccer player Christina Julien.

Bill Makinson who serves as President on The Board of DiSaraMurphy-BillMakinsonrectors for Big Brother Big Sisters of Cornwall & District welcomed all the teams including Sara Murphy and the Rock N' Bowlers. The Rock N'Bowlers consisted of Jason Ryan, Sara Murphy, Frank Burelle, Jason Setnyk, and Keegan Larose. They were just one of the many teams who participated in this great event. Congratulations to Big Brothers and Big Sisters, all the organizers, and all the participants who bowled and/or made donations!
